Removal and installation of the engine, check of support Removal
The components interfaced to the engine
|
- Turn out two nuts of fastening of forward section of an exhaust pipe (No. 18) to a final collector of the right number of cylinders, and also two bolts and two nuts of its fastening to the central section of an exhaust pipe. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe together with two laying.
- Remove a loker of the right wing.
- Disconnect racks of the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
- Remove cardan, intermediate and power shafts (see the Head the Transmission line).
- Disconnect vacuum hoses from a forward stretcher, disconnect the socket and a collar of an electrical wiring of VSV of management of an engine support, turn out the screw and remove VSV.
- Disconnect GUR hoses from the tank and from a GUR liquid tank tube.
- Turn out a bolt and pick up the phone of cooling of ATF from a forward stretcher.

Establish a lifting hook of the engine, tighten its fixing bolts with effort of 19.5 Nanometers and hang out the engine.

Posting of the engine in the way, excellent from described above is not allowed. |

Remove draft of fastening of the engine and the right basic arm No. 2 of the engine.

Turn out 8 bolts and remove support of a forward stretcher.
|
- Having made sure that the power unit any more connects nothing with a car body, lower the power unit together with a stretcher from a motive compartment, trying not to touch any components at the same time.
- Remove from the engine the pump GUR (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
- Turn out 4 bolts and remove the forward stabilizer of a suspension bracket.
- Disconnect GUR hose from a tube, turn out two bolts and a nut and remove assembly of the steering mechanism with drafts (see the Head Podvesk and steering).

Components of deduction of the engine
|
- Turn out three bolts of fastening of a forward support of the engine (5) to a forward stretcher (No. 10).
- Turn out 4 bolts and remove a quencher of fluctuations of the engine (No. 7).
- Turn out 4 bolts of fastening of AT to the left support of the power unit.
- Give a nut of a back arm of fastening of the engine (No. 6) to a back support of the power unit and remove a forward stretcher.
- Turn out 4 bolts and remove a forward support and a back arm from the engine.
- Separate AT from the engine (see the Head Automatic transmission and interaxal differential).

Check of support and installation of the power unit
|
- Check a condition of a forward support of the engine. For this purpose by means of the manual vacuum pump create depression of 0.8 atm and hold it about a minute. Make sure that indications of the vacuum gage do not change, and also in lack of leak of liquid through a support diaphragm.
- Check an engine VSV support chain – at a temperature of 20 a hail. resistance between contacts of the VSV socket has to be no more than 18 ÷ of 22 Ohms. At the same time conductivity has to be absent between each of contacts and the VSV case.

Check serviceability of functioning of a VSV support of the engine – in the absence of tension on contacts VSV air has to go out of G and E unions, and in the presence of voltage of 12 V – of F and E unions.
|
- Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Tighten all fixture with the required efforts.
- At installation of the right basic arm No. 2 and draft of fastening of the engine at first tighten their fixture by hand, then tighten A bolt with effort of 64 Nanometers, and then tighten other bolts with the required efforts.
