Check and replacement of the compressor and K/V magnetic coupling

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start the engine and make sure of lack of a metal sound from the compressor at inclusion К/В. If necessary replace assembly of the compressor. If abnormal noise at switching off is heard To/in, replace the magnetic coupling.
  2. Having the necessary equipment and skills, check pressure of coolant and compare it to requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Cooling system of the engine, heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
  1. Separate the socket of the sensor of blocking of the compressor, measure resistance between its contacts 1 and 2 and compare the received result to requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Cooling system of the engine, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. If necessary replace assembly of the compressor. Connect a negative wire from the battery to the sensor case, and positive – to contact 3, – at the same time the magnetic coupling has to be activated. Otherwise replace the coupling.
  1. Make sure of lack of leak of coolant through a control epiploon. If necessary replace the compressor assembled.
  2. Visually check tightness of the bearing of the coupling. Make sure of lack of traces of oil on a press plate.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. As Zagustite the engine on single turns at included To/in, let's it work 10 minutes and switch off the engine.
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
  3. Discharge the K/V system and take off a driving belt of the generator and K/V compressor (see the Section Check of a State and Replacement of Belts of the Drive of Auxiliary Units).
  1. Turn out a bolt with a nut and disconnect the soaking-up hoses. After a detachment as soon as possible to a zakuporta open branch pipes.
  1. Remove the generator (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).
  1. Separate the compressor electrical wiring socket, turn out two bolts, a nut and remove an arm of adjustment of a tension of a driving belt.
  1. Turn out three bolts and remove the compressor.
  2. Installation are made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
