Components of installation and assembly of a forward door and external rear-view mirror
|
|
- Remove a cap, turn out the screw and shoot the edging of the internal lever of unlocking of the lock of a forward door by means of the screw-driver.
- Wring out clamps and remove the control panel of window regulators and locks of doors.
- Take the lamp from a door covering and separate its electrical wiring.

- Turn out screws and remove clamps.
|
- Insert the screw-driver between a door and its finishing and wring out the finishing panel.
- Remove the panel of finishing of a door together with consolidation. Replace its clamps and remove consolidation.
- Turn out the screw of fastening of the lever of unlocking of the lock, disconnect two cables from the lever and remove the lever.

At removal of a mirror this procedure is not obligatory. |
- Separate the socket, turn out 3 bolts and remove the loudspeaker.

- Remove two plugs and a cover of a service opening.

- Remove a clamp, and disconnect an overlay of a frame from a door.
- Separate the socket of a rear-view mirror, turn out 3 bolts and remove a mirror.
- Lower glass so that in a service opening bolts of its fastening were visible. Turn out bolts and take out glass from a door.
- Remove a glass guide.
- Separate the socket, turn out 6 bolts and remove a window regulator through a service opening.

Surely separate the socket to exclude a possibility of operation of a window regulator and getting injured. |
- Turn out the screw and remove the lower section of a frame.
- Disconnect two drafts from the external handle and the cylinder of the lock. Turn out 4 screws, separate two sockets and remove the lock through a service opening. Turn out 2 screws and uncover the lock.
- Remove a cap, turn out two bolts and remove the external handle of a door with the lock cylinder.
- Turn out a bolt and remove the lock cylinder from the door handle.
- Remove consolidation and basic pillows.
- Give fixture of loops and the limiter of a door and remove a door.
- At installation of a door, especially new, it is necessary to adjust its situation.

When using of the centering bolts for fastening of loops of a door it will not be possible to adjust its situation. For adjustment replace the aligning bolt with a usual bolt with a washer. |
- For adjustment of a door in the directions give bolts of fastening of loops to a body forward/back and up/down, expose a door in required position and tighten bolts with effort of 23 Nanometers.
- For adjustment of a door in the directions give bolts of fastening of loops to a door up/down and inside/outside, expose a door in required position and tighten bolts with effort of 27 Nanometers.
- If necessary adjust position of the drummer of the lock, moving it (tapping with the hammer) at the released fixture outside/inside and up/down. Previously uncover the drummer. Upon termination of adjustment tighten bolts of fastening of the drummer with effort of 23 Nanometers and establish the drummer's cover.

Replacement of an external rear-view mirror
|
|
|
|
- Wind a mirror with rags and pull for its bottom edges, releasing a mirror from clamps.
|
- Remove a mirror, having separated its socket.
- At installation join the socket, establish a mirror in the top clamps and fix it in the lower clamps.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
- Tighten fixture with the required efforts, use new clamps.
- The description of installation of an overlay of a frame is given below:
- Heat the adjusting panel of a door to temperature of 40 ÷ the 60th hail.;
- Remove a sticky strip from a door and clear a door of its remains;

At reuse of a slip heat it to temperature of 20 ÷ the 30th hail., clear it of traces of a sticky strip and put a new strip 5 mm wide;
|
- Apply with a brush on an adjusting surface of a door primer (Primer M) and let's it dry within 3 minutes;
- Again heat a door to temperature of 40 ÷ the 60th hail., and an overlay of a frame to 20 ÷ 30th hail.;
- Remove a protective film from a sticky strip of a slip and press a slip to a door;
- Establish an angular clamp of a slip.
