Removal and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish wheels in provision of the rectilinear movement.
  1. Remove the lower caps No. 1 and No. 2 of a steering wheel and turn out bolts with heads of odes a prutkovy key so that cuts in their heads entered an emphasis.
  1. Remove a slip from a steering wheel, having separated the safety cushion electrical wiring socket. Lay a slip face up.

At separation of the socket when finding the ignition key in the provision of "ON" or "ACC" in the control unit the malfunction code registers.


Do not sort an overlay of a steering wheel.

  1. Separate the socket and turn out a nut of fastening of a steering wheel.
  2. Apply adjusting tags on a steering wheel and on a steering shaft then remove a steering wheel.
  3. Verify two bolts, separate the socket, disconnect a cable of the drive of the lock of a cowl and remove the lower understeering panel of finishing of the dashboard.
  4. Turn out two bolts and remove the lower left side insert of finishing of the dashboard.
  5. Turn out three screws and remove the top and lower casings of a steering column.
  6. Separate sockets of understeering switches, the safety cushion socket, turn out screws and remove assembly of understeering switches with spiralno spring.
  7. Remove a spiral spring.

Do not sort a spiral spring and do not allow hit of oil on it.

  1. Weaken a collar of assembly of an intermediate shaft.
  1. Apply adjusting tags on an intermediate shaft and a shaft of the steering mechanism, give a bolt of "A", turn out a bolt of "B" and disconnect assembly of an intermediate shaft.
  1. Remove the lower understeering plate of finishing of devices, separate the socket, turn out adjusting nuts of a steering column and remove it.
  2. Turn out a bolt of "A" and remove assembly of an intermediate shaft with assembly No. 2 of consolidation of an opening for a steering column.
  3. Remove assembly No. 2 of consolidation of an opening for a steering column from assembly of an intermediate shaft.
  4. Remove a collar.
  1. Apply tags on the hinge and a shaft of a steering column.
  1. Turn out a bolt and remove assembly of the steering hinge.
  2. Installation is made upside-down. Combine the adjusting tags put at removal, tighten fixture with the required efforts.

Dismantling and assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn out the screw and remove the coil of an immobilizator and assembly of illumination of the lock of ignition.
  2. Remove the top arm and the top holder of a steering column, having drilled 2 bolts.
  3. Turn out two bolts and remove an arm of the switch of indexes of turns.
  4. Remove a returnable spring of the lever of adjustment of an inclination of a steering column.
  5. Turn out a bolt, remove a washer and remove a support of a pipe of a steering column with the lower fastening of a pipe of a steering column.
  6. Disconnect the lower fastening of a pipe from a support.
  7. Remove latches of dampers, damping plates and their guides.
  8. Assembly is made upside-down.
