- Remove a forward wheel.
- Measure an axial side play of the hug bearing of a forward wheel and an axial beating of a nave. For this purpose previously remove a brake support and a brake disk (see the Head the Brake system).

Reliably tie up a support so that it was not bent and the flexible brake hose was not loaded. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications of the Head Podvesk and steering and if necessary replace the hug bearing. Establish into place a brake disk and a support. |
- Take the forelock of a lock-nut of a power shaft and, having squeezed out a brake pedal, turn out a lock-nut.
- Remove a brake support and a brake disk (see the Head the Brake system).

- Turn out fixture of the sensor of speed of ABS and the holder of his electrical wiring.
- Weaken, two nuts of fastening are resistant suspension brackets to a rotary fist.

- Take the forelock of a nut of a tip of steering draft, turn out a nut and by means of special adaptation disconnect a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist.
|
- Turn out a bolt and two nuts and disconnect a spherical support from the lower lever of a forward suspension bracket.
- Completely turn out two bolts of fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist and remove assembly of a rotary fist with a nave.

Do not damage the protection cover and a rotor of the sensor of speed of ABS. |
- Installation is made upside-down. After installation check a signal from the ABS sensor.
|
|
Dismantling and assembly
|
|
- Take the screw-driver a boot.
|
|
- Take the forelock of a nut of fastening of a spherical support, turn out a nut and by means of special adaptation remove a spherical support from a rotary fist.
|
|
|
- Remove a nave by means of special adaptation.
|
- Vypressuyte an internal holder (outside of) the hug bearing.
- Turn out 4 bolts and remove the protection cover of a rotary fist.
- Take a lock ring and a vypressuyta the hug bearing from a rotary fist.
|
|
- If necessary remove nave bolts by means of special adaptation. Installation of bolts is made by tightening of a nut.
|
|
|
- Assembly is made upside-down. Delay connections with the required efforts. At installation of a boot level an opening in it (for the ABS sensor) with an opening on a rotary fist. Use the new stupichny bearing and the new forelock of a nut of fastening of a spherical support.
