Removal and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a back wheel.
  2. Measure an axial side play of the hug bearing of a back wheel and an axial beating of a nave, working by analogy with the Section Removal, dismantling, assembly and installation of a nave and a rotary fist.
  3. Take the forelock of a lock-nut of a power shaft and, having squeezed out a brake pedal, turn out a lock-nut.
  4. Remove a brake support and a brake disk (see the Head the Brake system).

Reliably tie up a support so that it was not bent and the flexible brake hose was not loaded.

  1. Turn out fixture of the sensor of speed of ABS and the holder of his electrical wiring.
  2. Disassemble the parking brake (see the Head the Brake system).
  3. Turn out two bolts and disconnect a cable of the parking brake from a casing of stupichny assembly.
  4. Weaken, two nuts of fastening are resistant suspension brackets to stupichny assembly.

Do not take bolts yet.

  1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket to stupichny assembly and disconnect from it the lever.
  2. Turn out an adjusting bolt and a nut of fastening of the cross lever No. 1 of a suspension bracket to stupichny assembly and disconnect from it the lever. Similarly disconnect the cross lever No. 2 from stupichny assembly.
  3. Completely turn out two bolts of fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket to stupichny assembly and it.

Do not damage the protection cover and a rotor of the sensor of speed of ABS.

  1. Installation is made upside-down. After installation check a signal from the ABS sensor.

Dismantling and assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove by means of special adaptation a nave from the holder.
  2. Vypressuyte internal holder of the stupichny hug bearing.
  3. Turn out 4 nuts and remove the protection cover of stupichny assembly.
  4. Take internal and external epiploons, and also a lock ring.
  5. Vypressuyte the bearing from the holder of a nave.
  1. If necessary remove nave bolts by means of special adaptation. Installation of bolts is made by tightening of a nut.
  1. Assembly is made upside-down. Delay connections with the required efforts. Use new epiploons and a lock ring. If at installation of an internal holder of the stupichny bearing and its balls the weak point is formed, make sure that they are established on the correct party.
