Removal and installation of assembly of AT valves

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the lower protection cover of a motive compartment, turn out a drain stopper and empty AT.
  1. Turn out 18 bolts of fastening of the pallet of a case of AT, remove the pallet and disconnect from it laying.
  2. Remove magnets and collect with their help metal particles from AT case pallet. Examine metal particles on a magnet and on the pallet – the steel particles which are (magnetized) indicate wear of bearings, gear wheels and washers, but not magnetized (copper or brass) – wear of plugs.
  1. Turn out 3 bolts and remove a maslozabornik with a sealing ring.
  1. Separate sockets of five Ý/m switching valves.
  2. Turn out a bolt, remove a lock plate and remove ATF temperature sensor (see the Section Replacement of Sensors).
  3. Release an electrical wiring from two holders.
  1. Turn out 17 bolts and remove assembly of valves.

Do not drop assembly of the control valve, a spring and the piston of the accumulator.


  1. Remove the case of the control valve, a spring and three laying.
  1. Turn out 5 bolts and remove 5 Ý/m switching valves.
  1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, tighten fixture with the required efforts, use new laying and sealing rings.
