Removal and installation of the fuel pump, sensor of a reserve of fuel and regulator of pressure of fuel

Components of installation of the fuel pump

1 — the Cover of a service opening
2 — the Socket of an electrical wiring of the fuel pump and the sensor of a reserve of fuel

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the left section of a back seat and its side finishing (see the Head Kuzov).
  2. Unbend a rug of a floor and uncover a service opening.
  3. Separate the socket of an electrical wiring of the fuel pump and the sensor of a reserve of fuel.
  4. Disconnect from a reception plate the main tube of the fuel tank and a zakuporta connection.
  5. Turn out 8 bolts and take assembly of the fuel pump with the fuel reserve sensor from the fuel tank together with laying, previously having disconnected an additional reception fuel hose from a returnable tube.
  6. Remove a fuel receiver support No. 2
  1. Remove assembly of the regulator of pressure of fuel and a returnable tube and disconnect from it the regulator.
  1. Wring out a clamp and remove the fuel receiver filter.
  1. By means of two screw-drivers consistently release a fuel receiver support No. 1 from four clamps and remove laying No. 2 of the fuel filter.
  1. Remove assembly of the fuel filter and fuel pump. For this purpose separate the electrical wiring socket from the fuel pump, extend the specified assembly and remove laying No. 1 of the fuel filter and a sealing ring of an opening in a fuel-receiving plate.
  2. Extend the fuel pump from the fuel filter.
  3. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Use new sealing rings, tighten fixture with the required efforts.
