Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Discharge the К/В coolant contour.
  2. Empty an engine cooling system radiator (see the Section Replacement of the Cooling Liquid (CL)).

To empty the engine cooling system completely there is no sense.

  1. Remove levers and э / the motor of screen wipers, the left and right fairing of a windshield, a cowl and the dashboard with an intensifying bar (see the Head Kuzov).
  2. Disconnect the liquid and soaking-up tubes from the K/V block.
  3. Disconnect water hoses from heater heat exchanger tubes.
  4. Remove the heater fan block (see the Section Removal, dismantling, assembly and installation of the block of the fan of a heater).
  5. Wring out two clamps and disconnect the lower branch pipe of a heater from the central air duct.
  6. Remove a console No. 1 box air duct.
  7. Separate the socket, turn out two bolts and two nuts and remove the К/В block.

Dismantling and check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate the electrical wiring socket, turn out two screws and remove э / the motor of production of air.
  2. Remove a plait of an electrical wiring and an arm.
  1. Turn out two screws, remove two plates and pull out the heater heat exchanger.
  1. Remove the relay э / the heater fan motor.
  2. Turn out two screws and remove э / the air mixing motor.
  3. Separate the evaporator temperature sensor socket, weaken sensor clamps on a plate of an arm and remove the sensor.
  4. Remove the broad valve and as soon as possible to a zakuporta its adjusting flange.
  5. Remove an air duct from the driver.
  6. Turn out bolts of fastening of tubes to the evaporator and remove tubes with fittings.
  7. Turn out 7 screws and uncover the evaporator. Extend the evaporator.
  8. Check and if necessary clean cells of an ispravitel and the heat exchanger of a radiator compressed air.
  9. Check serviceability of functioning driving э / motors.

Assembly and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Assembly and installation are made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Pay attention to the next moments:
    • Use new sealing rings on connections of refrigerator lines with the K/V block, and also tubes with the broad valve and with the evaporator.
    • Collars of fastening of water hoses to the heat exchanger establish at distance from 1 to 7 mm from the end of a hose.
    • Level a tag on a drain hose.
