 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lower oil of back differential.
  2. Remove the driveshaft (see the Section of the Door).
  3. Chisel and hammer to a raschekanta nut.
  4. Holding a connecting flange by means of special adaptation, turn out a nut.
  1. Remove a connecting flange by means of special adaptation.
  1. By means of special adaptation remove an epiploon, and then – a maslootrazhatelny ring.
  1. Remove the forward bearing and by means of a special stripper, remove a bearing pro-rate.
  2. Establish a new pro-rate of the bearing and the bearing on a shaft.
  3. Establish a maslootrazhatelny ring and press a new epiploon on depth of 2.0 mm.
  4. Apply universal lubricant on epiploon edges.
  5. By means of special adaptation establish a connecting flange on a shaft.
  6. Oil a carving of a fixing nut of a flange for differential and holding a flange from a provorachivaniye, tighten a nut with effort of 108 Nanometers.
  7. Adjust a preliminary tightness of the leading gear wheel.
  8. Rivet a nut.
  9. Install the driveshaft and fill differential with oil according to requirements of Specifications of the Head the Transmission line.
