 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove both forward wheels.
  2. Turn out two nuts from each party and remove both racks of the stabilizer (serially).

If hinges are turned together with nuts, hold them a six-sided key on 5 mm.

  1. Serially turn out two bolts and remove brackets and plugs of the stabilizer.
  2. Remove the stabilizer.
  3. By means of the screw-driver remove the holder of a stopper of the plug, and then remove a stopper.
  1. Clamp the hinge of a rack of the stabilizer in a vice and shake its tip back and forth about five times.
  1. Continuously tightening a dynamometer key a hinge nut with a speed of 1 a turn for 2 ÷ 4 with, consider indications of a key on the fifth turn and compare them to requirements of Specifications of the Head Podvesk and steering. If necessary replace a stabilizer rack.
  2. Installation is made upside-down. Install the plug of the stabilizer outside of a plug stopper; install the stabilizer by the party marked with paint to the left board of the car.
